At some point Annika is going to hate me for posting all these photos. But I just can't help myself.

Hey Grandma & Grampa!

Last week Annika was introduced to all of her grandparents. Grandma & Grandpa Channing visited last Sunday and Grandma & Grandpa Seidell came up from California and visited all last week.

Anna & Steve really went above and beyond while they were here...We can't express how much help they were to us as dinners, yard work and most importantly diapers were changed to allow both Cara and I to get a little extra rest.

Anna & Steve...thank you again for everything.

Our little Snorter

While we were still at the hospital last week Annika was a little congested for the first day and provided us with a little comic relief as she snorted away in her crib. At times it was a little disconcerting but mostly it kept us entertained. I thought a few of you might want to see her in action. And for those of you that might be concerned...this has all cleared up...but I am keeping it to show her friends when she is in high school.

Home and Happy!

The whole Channing clan made it home safely on Friday afternoon and it has been a whirlwind ever since. We meant to post a few photos earlier but time really seems to fly by when you are getting used to a new one in the house. I promise to post a few more in the next day or two.

Happy Birthday!

Introducing Annika Marie Channing.

Born today at 7:31 am. She weighed in at 7 pounds 14 ounce and is 21 inches long.

Both Cara and baby are doing great. Cara was amazing throughout the delivery and our beautiful baby girl is currently sleeping soundly and has hardly made a peep. (that never changes does it?)

Both of us are over the moon excited and we can't wait to get the little one home. Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and best wishes.

One Day and Counting

BGC is due tomorrow! That being said no one really knows when we will be blessed with the appearance of our little girl. We are putting the finishing touches on the house and hoping we are ready to greet her into our lives. We will be posting photos here as soon as she arrives...so check back often as your guess is as good as mine!

Getting Closer!

Cara's Belly is on the move. Our nightly entertainment consist of watching Baby Girl Channing squirm, wiggle and push on Cara's stomach. It is really quite amazing to watch.

We are 9 days away from our due date...And I think we need every day to get the house finished.
On a side note: Doesn't Cara look fantastic. Hot Momma Alert!
